This was a really fun project. Basically, the customer sent me a Spiderman with no neck, 4 heads and two different calves/feet. Sounds fun to me.  He wanted the heads to be interchangeable, so I suggested a magnet. He was happy with that idea.  The photos here speak more than I really can, but I’ll do my best to detail it out from head(s) to toe.

The neck was pretty simple.

1. Sculpt new neck.  2. Insert magnet into neck.  3. Paint neck.  4. Seal neck.

Each head has a cut screw superglued into the previous peg hole in order to fit onto the magnet. The magnet was placed sideways inside the neck to allow the most articulation and so the heads would sit correctly. One head actually needed sculpt inside of it due to the massive hole. Each head was also given freshly painted eyes and a black wash in order to match the factory body paint.

The leg fix was basically a swap. I used the legs from an old Spiderman I had laying around. The only work that was needed was to cut off the pegs and then dremel holes to fit to the current pegs. And there you have it Marufans! A simple yet effective way to give your Spidey a plethora of looks with a little dedication and timely work!
